Extensive Running Experience 

  • Sub elite Level Training: I have 20 years of long distance running experience including training at a sub elite level in various athletic clubs under some of the leading running coaches in Denmark. 


  • Personal Bests: I have won dozens of medals in national championships in long distance running in Denmark and achieved personal bests with a half marathon time of 1:12:32 and a marathon time of 2:32:52 – and I am not done racing myself!

  • Up-to-Date Knowledge: I continuously study and keep up with the latest literature on running training, diet, and mindset.


  • Published Author: I have authored the book "The Journey to Happiness: Invest in Your Passions!" where I share my philosophies and perspectives on leading a happy life and achieving Peak Performance. This book reflects my commitment to helping others find joy and success in their endeavors.
